On-the-go Tuna Salad

If you are looking for a balanced lunch in under 10 minutes then you are going to want to try this! I’m a Registered dietitian and this is my go-to meal when I am on the run but looking for a satisfying meal. This tuna salad is high in protein, fiber and healthy fats.

INGREDIENTS:
spinach
tomato
cucumber
onion
tuna
chickpeas
cottage cheese
lemon juice
salt & pepper
METHOD:
Chop the tomato, cucumber and onion.
Place ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
