Creamy Custard Oats

Have you ever tried adding an egg to your oats? Not only does it add extra protein but it also makes your oats taste creamy like custard!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk (of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
For the toppings:
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Sweetener of your choice
Method:
Add oats, milk & vanilla essence to a pot and cook until oats thickens (stir continuously).
Remove from heat and stir in the egg until well combined.
Return to heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes (keep stirring). Remove from heat.
Place oats in a bowl and top with peanut butter and sweetener of choice.
Enjoy!
