MEAL PREP

I am a strong believer in meal prep. It can save you time and money, and helps you stay on track when life gets busy! I always encourage my clients to set some time aside on the weekend to prepare and plan their meals for the week ahead.



Here are some meal prep ideas:

  1. prepare a large meal and divide into smaller portions

  2. chop and roast a large tray of mixed veg

  3. cook a protein source (chicken/ fish) and starch (rice/ pasta/ quinoa)

All of these can be stored separately in the fridge and makes it so easy to throw a nutritious and balanced meal together!



Tip: make sure your cupboard is stocked with some canned foods like chickpeas, beans, lentils, tuna etc. You can add any of these to your meal for extra protein and goodness!
