Homemade Burger & Fries

You have to try this delicious homemade burger and fries. Not only is it better than any take out but you will also be saving on calories and health! This burger is low in saturated fat, high in protein and high in fiber!


For the fries I used carrots and potato. I kept the skin on to increase the fiber content of this meal. They only took 20 minutes in the air fryer! While my chips were air frying, I made caramelised onions to serve on the burger.


Tip: Add some water while frying to make them extra caramelised!



I used cottage cheese as a spread to increase the protein of this meal and topped my burger with tomato, cucumber and gherkins. All of this paired with extra lean beef patties makes for a tasty meal that hits the spot!
