Ingredients:
1 banana
2 weetbix
1 cup milk (of your choice)
1 tbsp peanut butter
cinnamon
Method:
Slice half the banana and set aside. Mash the remaining banana and place it in a pot with crushed weetbix, milk and cinnamon. Stir well.
Bring to a simmer, stirring continuously then remove from heat.
Serve with sliced banana and peanut butter.
