Banana Nut Smoothie

If you're a fan of smoothies but feel they just don't keep you satisfied for long enough, it could mean that your smoothies are not well balanced. By this I mean, they don't contain a good mix of protein, carbs and healthy fats!


Here's a good example of a balanced smoothie with milk, yogurt and protein powder for protein, banana for carbs, and peanut butter for healthy fats.

Ingredients:


  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • Cinnamon

  • Handful of ice


Method:


  1. Place ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!
