The combination of banana for carbs, peanut butter for healthy fats and protein powder for protein, makes this a perfectly balanced meal or snack with blueberries providing the antioxidants your body needs!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup milk of your choice
handful of ice
Method:
Place ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth & enjoy!
