This is ideal if you are a Discovery Vitality member looking to include nutrition guidance as part of your health and wellness journey. During this session, we will discuss your goals, current habits, and challenges, and you will receive clear, realistic guidance tailored to you. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a Zoom link via email before your consultation. Please note: You will receive an invoice after your consultation which you can submit to your medical aid, depending on your plan and benefits.
