Banana Nut Weetbix

Are you tired of oats? Or maybe you’re looking to change up your breakfast? Then this Banana Nut Weetbix recipe is for you! It’s so simple and makes a balanced, high fiber meal. It's perfect for these colder mornings and something abit different to the usual oats.

Ingredients:


  • 1 banana

  • 2 weetbix

  • 1 cup milk (of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • cinnamon


Method:


  1. Slice half the banana and set aside. Mash the remaining banana and place it in a pot with crushed weetbix, milk and cinnamon. Stir well.

  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring continuously then remove from heat.

  3. Serve with sliced banana and peanut butter.

  4. Enjoy!
